A. We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. However, if an immediate pick up is necessary, we can arrange for your vehicle to be picked up within 24 hours.

Q. What is door-to-door transport?
A. With door-to-door transport, you don't have to go to a terminal to ship your vehicle or accept delivery. We pick vehicles up at residences, offices or any other place you designate. (Pickup and delivery is subject to accessibility and local laws.)
Q. How long will delivery take?

It is important to remember, drivers are limited by law to a specific number of miles and hours per day. Other variables that may affect transit times include deliveries along the way, severe weather and road conditions.
Q. Does Progressive Auto Relocation ship inoperable or unusual vehicles, motorcycles and extra parts?
A. Yes. We regularly ship motorcycles and inoperable vehicles and specialize in shipping unusual vehicles, including antique, specialty and classic automobiles. Inoperable vehicles must roll and steer and can be shipped for an additional fee ranging from $100 to $250 depending on the vehicle type. Extra parts are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply.
Q. What is an oversize fee?
A. Some vehicles are much larger than traditional passenger vehicles. Most full size SUVs fit in to this category. Because of the extraordinary dimensions, these vehicles take up the amount of space normally used for two vehicles, thus resulting in the need for an “oversize” fee.
Q. Do I have to be present when we pick up or deliver your vehicle?
A. Yes, we request you, or a designated person, be present upon pick up of your vehicle. An inspection is performed and a contract bill of lading must be signed. If you are not able to be there, please call us at 1-877-528-5104 and they will be happy to help you.

Q. How do I prepare my vehicle?
A. Please have no more than a 1/2 tank of fuel, remove all personal items from your vehicle, repair any chips and/or cracks in your windows and make sure your vehicle is prepared for changing weather conditions. For additional tips, see Before You Ship.
